These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of accommodations and experiences through Ecolodgelife. By making a booking through Ecolodgelife, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking Process
To make a booking through Ecolodgelife, you must select the desired accommodation or experience, provide the necessary information, and complete the booking process. By completing the booking process, you agree to purchase the selected accommodation or experience at the specified price.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices for accommodations and experiences are displayed on Ecolodgelife and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. Payment for bookings may be processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to comply with their terms of service.
3. Booking Confirmation
Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing details of your reservation. It is your responsibility to review the booking confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.
4. Cancellation and Refunds

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the accommodations or experiences provided by third-party providers. Any issues or disputes regarding accommodations or experiences should be addressed directly with the provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ecolodgelife or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the sale of accommodations or experiences through our platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Ecolodgelife after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
